Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All orders will be shipped 2-3 business days from the time your order is placed.  You will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number once your package is on the way.    

We are currently shipping direct to the  US and Canada.   We are not responsible for any duties or import fees that may be charged by your local government.  All prices are in US Dollars.  

All packages are shipped USPS and you will receive a tracking number via email once your package is shipped.  

Shipping Rates

US:  $6.95  flat rate shipping for orders under $50 
         Free shipping for US orders $50 and over 
Canada: $14.95 flat rate shipping.  Does not cover duties or fees charged by customs. 

 

International Shipping

Moonplay Cosmetics has partnered with MyUS.com to offer convenient International Shipping. MyUS.com membership can offer you deeply discounted international shipping rates for shipping to more than 225 countries. They can provide you with a US street address, receive packages on your behalf, and then ship your order overseas. MyUS.com also helps prepare customs paperwork for your shipments.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Choose your MyUS.com subscription, create your account and receive your own US address.
  2. Use your new US address provided by MyUS.com when placing your order with us.
  3. Once we ship your order, MyUS.com will manage the mail forwarding process to you.

 

Returns

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from Moonplay Cosmetics! If for any reason you are not please let us know at support@moonplaycosmetics.com.

If you wish to return a product we accept returns for 30 days from the ship date for a refund of the purchase price, less the cost of shipping. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Please send an email to support@moonplaycosmetics.com, and we will work with you on the shipping details for the return.

We will be unable to accept returns of overly used products. This will be up to the discretion of the Supportwiz team.

If your product arrives damaged please let us know right away at support@moonplaycosmetics.com. The Supportwiz team will work with you to make it right. If you can grab a photo to share with us that would be amazing so we can figure out what may have happened.
